Electro-magnetic End Effectors

DECCO coils and solenoids can be configured as electro-magnetic or robotic grippers to handle most physical loads. DECCO electro-magnets are commonly used for grasping ferrous parts or materials. DECCO solenoids are also used to engage gripper jaws that clamp the part or material to the end effector. Our laminated electro-magnets are made from electrical steel lamination that minimize residual magnetism while reliably releasing the part.
